The Lakeside Association Board of Directors has the responsibility to find and hire the President/CEO of the Association. To that end, the Board has approved a Succession Planning Committee. This committee will provide recommendations to the Board regarding the recruitment and hiring of this leader.
The appointed committee members possess a wealth and breadth of both Lakeside and professional experience. The members are Jane Leach, Dr. Terry Tomlinson, Rev. Doug Winner, Paul Hubbard, Rev. Karen Graham and Jim Hackbarth. Jane Marx is Chair of the committee.
The committee has been meeting in preparation for a search to formally begin and will be seeking the input of Lakesiders and our staff regarding the attributes they would like to see in the candidates for this important position. A brief survey is planned, and your input is welcomed and encouraged.
Once a search formally begins, a position description and website are planned, and details on how to formally apply will be made available.
