For nearly 100 years, Orchestra Hall has served as a cultural hub for the Chautauqua Lecture Series, Faith for Living Hour, movies, small theater performances, and community gatherings. It’s a special place for Lakesiders of all ages to learn and grow.
Last year on GivingTuesday, many Lakesiders supported the effort to help renovate the historic theater. We’re excited that contractors are scheduled to begin work after the holidays.
Work in the theater started this summer with the quick installation of the projector. This gave Lakesiders an enhanced experience for lectures, Faith for Living Hour and movies. Upgrades you can expect for summer 2025 are:
- Improved sound system and projection screen
- Bathroom upgrades
- Stage improvements for small performances and community presentations
- Upgrades in electrical work
Many Lakesiders have supported the Orchestra Hall upgrades and you are invited to join them and give a gift, too! Thank you to the Lakeside community for making these enhancements a reality. Your support directly impacts the Lakeside experience.
