Changes at the Lakeside Pavilion will add vibrancy and efficiency for guests and Lakeside community members this season.
The Waterfront Info and Rental activities will be available online starting this summer. Guests will be able to easily rent Stand Up Paddleboards, Sailboats and Kayaks online before they arrive or while they are visiting. Guests will head to the Lakeside Sailing Center, located west side of the building near the boat racks, for their rentals at their reservation times. Individuals will also be able to quickly rent a boat onsite by visiting the Lakeside Sailing Center.
The space where the Waterfront Info Center was last year will now be a retail space. The new business, Docky’s Mercantile, will complement the Kite Shop and Bluebird and will provide a great synergy for Lakeside guests at the waterfront.
The Lakeside Sailing Classroom on the east side of the building will remain space for sailing instruction and learning. Our sailing classes include basic classes and Women on Water. Complementing this instruction, each Sunday Kids Setting Sail provides an opportunity for kids to get out on the water and experience the joy of sailing.
