Over the past few months, the Lakeside Team has been meeting with architects and audio and projector professionals to make plans for the Orchestra Hall renovation project, which is set to begin this spring.
This project includes installing a new projector, enhanced sound equipment, a retractable screen, an extended stage for presentations and a new restroom. Special thanks to the several community members who are lending their professional expertise to this renovation.
Funds collected from last summer’s Preservation Fee and donations from last November’s #GivingTuesday project are being used to support the renovation. In addition, several Lakeside families have stepped forward with significant gifts. Thank you for your generosity.
This summer, we’re excited to bring small performances to the stage of Orchestra Hall, offer more family movies and provide an updated bathroom to guests.
