Thank you for registering for the 2026 Stewardship & Financial Wellness Conference. We are excited to welcome you to Lakeside Chautauqua.
Cultivating a culture of generosity through stewardship ministry in the church or a religious organization is vital to enabling God’s Kingdom. Creatively inviting Christians to join a ministry vision is an important challenge, given all the other organizations vying for stewardship dollars.
As we prepare to welcome you to Lakeside, we have made your arrival easy.
Arrival Information to the South Gate Parking Lot
Conference attendees are encouraged to Download Directions to Lakeside Chautauqua before traveling. Please plan to arrive at Lakeside’s South Gate Parking Lot, located off State Route 163, between 2-4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10.
Upon arrival, guests will stop at the blue hospitality tent in the parking lot to pick up their admission passes. From there, participants will be directed to drive to a designated parking area on the grounds.
If you arrive at a different Lakeside entrance, Lakeside Gate Ambassadors will be happy to direct you to the South Gate arrival area.
Shuttle service will transport guests to their accommodations from the designated parking area. Conference guests will be staying at either Hotel Lakeside or The Fountain Inn.
Designated Parking Area & Welcome Packet
During check-in, guests will receive a Stewardship & Financial Wellness Conference Welcome Packet containing hotel information, conference materials, a schedule of events, map and helpful tips for their stay.
Chautauqua Passes & Auto Passes: Chautauqua Passes and Auto Passes for your stay will be provided. Ensure your Auto Pass is visible in the windshield at all times. Please present your Chautauqua Pass to enter and exit the Lakeside Chautauqua gates, enter evening programs at Hoover Auditorium, and to enter the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus Pool.
Lakeside Hospitality Volunteers will be available to assist guests with luggage and help transport belongings to Hotel Lakeside or the Fountain Inn with Lakeside shuttle service.
On the Grounds at Lakeside
Conference Updates & Alerts: During the Conference, Lakeside Chautauqua will provide text message updates. Select ‘Stewardship Conference’ through the text message system. We will only use your cell phone to contact you about Stewardship Conference details. Opt-in directions will be included as we get closer to the conference.
Conference Attire: Attendees are encouraged to dress in summer casual attire. Walking and comfortable shoes are encouraged. Dinner sessions will take place outdoors at various locations around Lakeside.
