The Lakeside Succession Planning Committee expresses gratitude to the Lakeside cottage owners, donors and team members who completed the survey requesting input about the important attributes, qualities and experiences desired in the next Lakeside President & CEO. After receiving this information, the committee has released an official profile of the ideal President and CEO of Lakeside Chautauqua.
“Candidates are already expressing interest in the position as the succession process moves forward,” says Jane H. Marx, Lakeside Board member and Succession Planning Committee Chair.

The Selection Planning Committee members, Jane Marx, Pastor Karen Graham, Jim Hackbarth, Paul Hubbard, Jane Leach, Terry Tomlinson and Doug Winner continue to meet regularly to efficiently and thoughtfully move the selection process forward and is now prepared to accept applications.
